Flames Foods recalls various frozen products due to undeclared allergens

What happened

Flames Foods is recalling various types of frozen products because they contain various allergens that are not mentioned on the label or have not been emphasised correctly. This means the products are a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to mustard, nuts (almond), sesame, soya, and/or an allergy or intolerance to egg, wheat (gluten), milk or milk constituents, and/or a sensitivity to sulphur dioxide and/or sulphites. Please see attached PDF for the allergens in each affected product.

Official consumer advice

If you have bought the above products and have an allergy to mustard, nuts (almond), sesame, soya, and/or an allergy or intolerance to egg, and/or an allergy and/or intolerance to milk or milk constituents, and/or a sensitivity to sulphur dioxide and/or sulphites, and/or allergy and/or intolerance to wheat (gluten) do not eat them. Instead return them to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
